MGL Projects was created to provide all services under one roof.
We grew from providing an only Design and Project Management service (as ‘Leith and Andrews’) to the full Design and Build service we offer today. Both of our Directors have worked contractor and client side during their careers prior to MGL Projects and understand the processes and requirements of both sides, intricately.
We understand how disjointed relationships are between clients and a large project team (contractors, project managers, consultants, designers etc) who all provide valuable services but regularly approach projects in different ways. This creates an unnecessary level of complexity. MGL Projects aims to make this as seamless as possible by being the sole point of contact for the client taking responsibility for all elements of a project, reducing stress, saving time and money.
