Complete project lifecycle for a high-end barber shop fit-out within Harrods, London. Responsibilities included coordinating with the client and Harrods’ internal team to navigate the approval process, ensuring compliance with brand and operational standards.

Managed main and subcontractors across multiple workstreams—joinery, MEP, and interior finishes—while implementing structured progress tracking and milestone reviews. Maintained rigorous quality control and risk management throughout, resolving on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays. Delivered the project on schedule and to specification, ensuring the space was fully operational and ready for trade.

Solution

We maintained daily communication with Harrods’ internal team to ensure full alignment with the construction programme and coordinated closely with the main contractor to keep all workstreams on track.

Deliveries were scheduled well in advance to avoid disruption, and we liaised with European joinery suppliers to confirm logistics and mitigate potential delays. A proactive approach was taken to certification requirements for handover and trade readiness, ensuring all documentation was completed ahead of schedule.

Weekly client and contractor meetings were conducted to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and sustain momentum throughout the fit-out process. This structured approach ensured seamless delivery and compliance with Harrods’ luxury standards.
