Delivering our first Pandora store to exacting brand standards

This was MGL Projects’ first Pandora retail unit, requiring a complete fit-out with all new finishes and ceilings throughout.

The scope included a fully glazed shopfront with fascia panel, bespoke joinery, specialist wall finishes, and tiled flooring. The programme was demanding, and the team faced a steep learning curve adapting to Pandora’s exacting standards.

Solution

Programme management was critical, with close monitoring of long-lead items such as joinery and shopfront components to ensure timely delivery. The site had to be prepared to receive and install these elements without delay.

Specialist wall finishes required dedicated time and space on-site, and bespoke joinery was installed to meet Pandora’s high standards. This structured approach ensured the project was delivered successfully within programme constraints.
