MGL delivered the design and build fit-out for Synergy Creativ, creating a workspace shaped around collaboration, clarity and everyday performance.
For creative teams, the environment matters. It influences energy, communication and output. The brief was to deliver a modern office that supports flexible working without losing focus or structure.
From Concept to Completion
The project was managed from early design development through to handover, ensuring continuity between vision and execution.
Layouts were developed to encourage interaction while maintaining defined zones for focused work. Open-plan areas sit alongside meeting rooms and breakout spaces, creating a balanced working environment that adapts throughout the day.
To ensure the workspace flowed seamlessly with the on-site manufacturing facility, it was positioned to overlook the open-plan production area below, maintaining both a visual and functional connection between design and delivery.
Services, partitions and finishes were coordinated carefully to achieve a clean, cohesive result — avoiding overdesign while maintaining strong visual identity.
Practical, Considered and Built to Last
Lighting and acoustics were key components of the design. Natural flow, controlled sound and well-positioned task lighting help the space feel comfortable and productive rather than overstimulating.
Durable materials and disciplined installation ensure the workspace continues to perform as the business grows.
